Maintenance for Crypto purchases with Credit/debit card, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Paypal May 20, 2025 12:00-14:00 HKT

In the period 04:00 - 6:00 UTC on Tuesday, May 20, 2025 one of our vendors will be performing maintenance.

It is possible that during this period our users experience difficulties with completing Crypto purchases with their credit/debit card, these include, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Paypal wallets.

Users can still use bank transfers to fund their fiat wallets as an alternative.

Note: this is maintenance does not impact our Crypto.com Visa Card product.

Investigating - Our AUD Fiat Wallet Vendor Monoova its currently experiencing some issues. Until its resolved users will not be able to use Monoova for AUD fiat deposit/withdraw. For now, please use our alternative AUD vendor "Assembly Payments" instead. Will update status once the issue is resolved.

Scheduled - Please be informed that Trading Bots on the Crypto.com Exchange will undergo maintenance on 29 April 2025 at 23:00 UTC. The process will take approximately 10 hours, during which time the following services will be impacted:

Creation of DCA, TWAP, Funding Arbitrage, and Grid Bots will be paused and will be resumed after the upgrade.
Existing TWAP Bots will be canceled along with open orders. Users may recreate their bots after the maintenance is complete.
Existing DCA and Grid Bots will be paused and will resume after the maintenance is complete.

Kindly review your open Trading Bot orders and take any necessary action prior to the upgrade. We will notify you once the upgrade is complete. You can also check the status page.

Other services will not be impacted. Thank you for your patience and rest assured that your funds are safe, as always.
