Investigating

We are currently investigating an issue affecting USD ACH Instant Deposits. Customers may experience delays in their instant deposit being credited to their Crypto.com account. This may affect:

- USD Fiat Wallet ACH Instant Deposit
- USD funding via ACH Instant Deposit for Up/Down, Sports Predictions, and Equities positions

Please be assured:
- No funds will be lost — if an ACH Instant Deposit attempt is delayed, the corresponding amount will be credited to your account once the issue is resolved.
- All other payment methods (card, crypto deposits, wire transfer) and withdrawals are functioning normally.
