One of our AUD fiat wallet vendor "Monoova" will be undergoing maintenance on 27th Oct 2024 1:30am(AEST) - 8:00am(AEST)

During this period, users will not be able to use Monoova for AUD fiat deposit/withdraw.

- Users can use our alternative AUD vendor "Assembly Payments" instead during this period.

- For existing deposit/withdraw through Monoova, it will be resumed once the maintenance is complete.

Investigating - One of our CAD fiat wallet vendor "Payper" is having intermittent issue.

- Current users on "Payper" will not be able to make new fiat deposit and withdrawal at this moment.
- You are advised to use our main vendor "DCBank" instead.
- For existing deposit intention/action through Payper, please pause it and expect the fund-in to be delayed until Payper resumes.
