Please be informed that we will perform an infrastructure upgrade for the Crypto.com Exchange, starting from 02:00 UTC on 8 May 2023. The upgrade is expected to take approximately one hour, but this may vary depending on the circumstances on the day.
During this time, the following services will be impacted:
Users will not be able to create new trading bots. All existing trading bots will be temporarily paused and will automatically resume after the upgrade.
OTC trading will be unavailable.
Users will not be able to create or modify sub-accounts.
Users will not be able to create or update API keys and IP whitelist data.
History query will be unavailable for FIX 2.0 users.
Additionally, users using REST or FIX APIs may experience the following:
FIX 1.0 and Spot v2.1 REST and websocket gateways will be disconnected. Users may reconnect after the upgrade is complete.
Open orders will be cancelled if COD (Cancel on Disconnect) is specified.
All other features in the Crypto.com Exchange will not be affected, including trading and transactions. The Crypto.com App will also remain unaffected.
