One of our AUD fiat wallet vendor "Monoova" will be undergoing maintenance 11.30PM(AEST) on 27th September 2025 to 9.30AM(AEST) on 28th September 2025.

During this period, they will have full BIC outage, where users will not be able to use Monoova for AUD fiat withdrawals and Deposits.

- Users can use our alternative AUD vendor "Zai" instead during this period.

- For existing withdrawals and deposits through Monoova, it will be resumed once the maintenance is complete.
