Please be informed that we will perform system maintenance for On-Chain Staking on the Crypto.com Exchange and App, starting from 01:30 UTC on 31 August 2023. The maintenance is expected to take approximately 4 hours, but may vary depending on the circumstances on the day.
During this time, staked assets cannot be unstaked, and new assets cannot be staked. Your staked balance as shown on your Accounts page may not be accurate. You are advised to make any necessary adjustments to your staked positions before the maintenance.
Please note that the maintenance only applies to On-Chain Staking. Trading and transactions on the Crypto.com Exchange will not be affected. All other services on the Crypto.com App will remain unaffected. Please refer to status.crypto.com for updates.
